OUR CHALLENGE

Drug and alcohol testing affects employees on many levels.  Quality testing programs keep employees and the public safe, protecting your companies bottom line.  Drug and alcohol testing can also result in employee dismissals.  For these reasons, we believe drug and alcohol testing should be taken very seriously and performed at a highly professional level.  This professionalism starts at the top and continues throughout the process.   DER’s, HR, and Safety Professionals are challenged with running high-quality programs that protect employee rights and everyone’s safety.  These hard-working professionals are expected to stay on top of the latest regulatory changes and trends in the ever-changing drug culture, often with fewer and fewer resources.   The DATI has taken on the challenge of offering education to all involved in the testing process, from creating a random plan to the collection process and properly returning an employee to service or ensuring termination that holds up to challenges.
